4 The INDEPENDENT, August 1, 2002 Banks planners look at graphics for fencing regs The Banks Planning Com mission met July 30 to consider illustrations that have been in tegrated into the new fencing ordinance, which the commis sion has been working on for several months. The planning commission will review the or- dinance one more time, at their August meeting, then present it to city council in September. Commissioners also heard a report from City Planner K.J. Won on the status of the peri odic review.
