Fences do not require a building per mit but there are regulations concerning height and placement. Before construction of sidewalks or curbs, one week notice must be given to the Superintendent of Public Works. To avoid problems, please call City Hall, 429-5291. NOTICE OF PUBUC HEARING TEXT AMENDMENT / TA 4-96 Amendment to UGB Management Agreement Between City of Vernonia, Oregon, and Columbia County N o tice Is hereby g iven that the Columbia County Plann ing Commission will conduct a public hearing for the pur pose of amending the Urban Growth Management Agreement between City of Vernonia, Oregon, and Columbia County, pursuant to Chapters 190, 197 and 203 of the Oregon Revised Statutes and pur suant to the Oregon Statewide Planning Goals.
