Add onion and cook over low heat until lender. Add meat and cook over medium high heat until it and onion are lightly browned. Stir in mushrooms, to mato sauce, water, Worcester shire, salt and sugar. Cover and simmer about 4 minutes or un til meat is tender. Stir a few tablespoons of the sauce from skillet into sour cream. Remove skillet from heat and stir sour cream mix ture into sauce. Serve over hot noodles.
