Scouts Tour Flight Line Seventeen Boy Senuls and three adult leaders nf Klamath Falls Boy Scout Troop "1 and Post 71 were taken on a tour of Kingsley Field, Thursday evening, March 7. The boys loured the areas of the Flight Line and the 322nd Fighter Squadron, escorted by LI. Ray P. Conley, base Explorer Project officer. The visit was made to the base conjunction with the current Aviation Merit Badge class being taught by Mrs. Cliff Clayton. prominent local aviation enthusi- :ist. The electrically controlled range is equipped with fully automatic traps and was constructed by officers, airmen and civilians during their off-duty hours. Ashlev also reminded voters that they must be registered 30 davs before the election, i o e terms of both high school and ele mentary board chairmen are ex piring June 30 and unless there: are resignalions these are the only positions that can be tnea lor Ashley's office in tlie school ad ministration building and once completed they must be returned to him. Ashley also reminded voters that they must be registered not later than April 6 for the May s general election.
