TURKEY - NOODLE SCALLOP 3 cups medium white sauce Va cup finely minced onion 3 cups cooked noodles (6- ounce package) cup cooked or canned pea 3 cups diced cooked turkey Vi cup grated cheese Bread or cracker crumbs mixed with melted butter ' or margarine Use turkey broth, if available, as part of the liquid in the whit sauce.
