Deviled Crab On Toast Points This delicious deviled crab mix ture can be nut together, omitting the crab and tomato paste, the night before and stored in the re frigerator overnight. Just before your guests or family arrive, put in the chafing dish and heat and add the last ingredients. Serve on toast triangles with a tossed salad. DEVILED CUAB 1 can 7'j ounces) crabmeat 2 tablespoons butter '3 cup chopped green pepper l-;i cup chopped onion 2 tablespoons flour 4 teaspoon dry mustard ' teaspoon paprika 's teaspoon salt ' teaspoon marjoram 2': cups evaporated milk 1 egg. beaten 1 cup shredded Tillamook cheese 1-3 cup tomato paste Drain crabmeat and remove any cartilage. Melt butter in saucepan over low heat. Add green pepper and onion and cook until onion is transparent. Remove from heal. Blend in flour mixed with season- inffs. Remove from heat and add a little of the hot mixture to beaten egg. Stir until well blended, then add egg mixture to first mix- iture. Stir in cheese and cronmeat. I Return to low heat and stir until cheese is melted. Just before serv ing add tomato paste. Heat to serv ing temperature and serve imme diately on toast.
