' V, cup slivered salted almonds "i cup brown sugar" Remove ham from can. Scrape off jellied broth. Cut ham into Cl inch slices. Tie slices together loosely and place In a baking dish. Spread with peach Jain. Sprinkle almonds over top, then sprinkle brown sugar over all. Bake in a moderate oven (350 degrees) l'i to 2 hours. If necessary, cover with foil to prevent over-browning. To serve, cut string and place bam slices on platter. Combine sugar and spices add and mix well. Combine orange Juice and brandy . and add. Let stand l'i hours. Heat slowly to boiling point, stirring often. Re move from heat, soften gelatine in cold water, add to hot fruit mix ture, stir until gelatine diFSOlves and cool. Whip cream to thick cus tard consistency and fold In. Spoon into Individual molds. Chill until set and unmold. (May be molded In loaf pan and sliced for serving.) Serve with brandy-flavored hard sauce.
