W-An auto Plan' workef was cnarged with murder today and an Army sergeant and a waitress were accused of being accessories In the slaying of John I. . Adams, key figure In a six-mllllon-doilar numbers raid. Baltimore County police said the 39-year-old victim was strangled for his money and that the murder weapon apparently was a "worn' an's flocking." They said they hi.d located the $1,000 Adams reportedly was car lying when he disappeared a week ago last night. Police Chief Hamilton R. Atlcln son said Pedro Flnley Crooms, S3-year-o;d auto plant worker, wai charged with the murder.
