Jablespupns melted shorten ing'' - Plft together flour, baking pow der, salt and sugar. Add shredded cheese. Combine egg, milk and shortening. Add liquid to flour mix ture, stirring only until flour is moistened, fipoon Into greased fl inch ring mold. Bake in hot oven (42B .degrees) 25 minutes.
