ter in a ring mold. It becomes the main attraction on your luncheon or dinner menus when

Muffin Ring:
2 cups sifted- enriched flour
3 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon Knit
2 tablcspooons sugar
i cup shredded Amorican
cheese . .
1 egBi beaten
.1 cilp milk .
? Jablespupns melted shorten
ing'' -
Plft together flour, baking pow
der, salt and sugar. Add shredded
cheese. Combine egg, milk and
shortening. Add liquid to flour mix
ture, stirring only until flour is
moistened, fipoon Into greased fl
inch ring mold. Bake in hot oven
(42B .degrees) 25 minutes. Serve
with', creamed llmas . and ham
cubes, creamed turkey or chicken.
Makes' a 8-Inch muffin ring.
