Photo by Keitler CIC Meeting FORT KLAMATH The regu lar meeting ol the Civlo Improve ment Club, Friday alicinooii, Au gust t, was conducted by first vice president, Mrs. Harold Wing, Klamath Agency. The financial report for July was read by Mrs. William A. Page, treasurer, followed by a roullne standing committee reports, after which plans were made for the an nual club bazaar. Scheduled date is Saturday evening, September 18. The following were named by Mrs. Wing to head the various commit tees nfl man the booths: parcel post sale. Mrs. Oene A. Page, Mrs. Wilbur B. Hcscock and Mrs. Elmer (Dutch) Zumbrun; fish pond, Mrs. Harold Wing; fancy work and apron booth. Mrs. Wil liam Brewer, Mrs. Joanna Taylor and Mrs. Lloyd Nicholson; candy booth, Mrs. William A. Page and Mrs. Norman Vnn lderstlne; auc tion feature, Mrs. Raymond S. Loosley; games, Mrs. Elmore Ni cholson and Pattl Louise Hescock, who will appoint additional help ers; fortune telling booth. Mrs. Obcr Brown; and cashier, Mrs. El don M. Bratlaln. Dinner and kitchen detail will be supervised by Mrs. Harold L. Wimer, who will appoint a crew of assistants. They will meet at tier home sometime this week to make preliminary plans. It was decided that the mem bers of Boy Scout Troop 34 will be asked to clean up the grounds of the club property. The boys use the clubhouse for meetings and various actlvltes at all times, and have signified their willingness to , clean the yard. The meeting adjourned and a social hour was enjoyed, with re freshments served at tables made lovely with arrangements of del phinium arranged with other sum mer blooms. Hostesses were Mrs. Loren L. Pink organdy cloth, centered with a beautiful arrangement of white asters and pink roses, centered at the top with a pair of white wedding bells. The cake, also pink and white, was served by Mrs. Harold -Teale, whose daughter, Patty, served the punch. A very striking arranqement of white chrysanthemums and pink roses decorated the liv ing room. Jean, Joan and Mary are all sorority sisters in Alpha Phi from the University of Oregon. - .
