Rose Marie and Paul Rock Jr., son of Mr. and Mrs. Paul Rock Sr., 3425 Vine Avenue, exchanged, marriage vowb in an Impressive double-ring ceremony In Church of Latter Day Kami June 6. 1:30 p.m., Bishop Harold Catmult, officiant. The bride, given In marriage by her father-in-law, was lovely In gown of white slipper aatln, net and seed pearl trimmed. The dress was designed with a fitted bodice, ond full skirt with chapel length train. A pearl encrusted sweet heart headdress held her ahoulder length veil of Illusion; and she carried a white Bible topped with American Beauty roses. Rose Marie's only attendant, Mrs. Donald Hancock, wore a peacock- blue dress with white accessories: and her flowers were pink roses. Kay Jensen played the tradition, al wedding music; and acconv panled Mr. Leah King, who tang "I Love you Truly. Donald Hancock served as best man. The wedding party received at the home of the bridegroom's parent. Immediately after the ceremony. Jerrlne Smith served the punch and the tiered wedding cake which was encircled at the base with rosebuds and topped with a min iature bride and bridegroom. The cake centered a beautifully ap pointed table draped with an elab orate hand-made lace cloth, made by the bridegroom's grandmother. The couple cut the traditional lint piece. For her son's wedding. Mrs. Rock wore a navy blue suit with white accessories and a red rosebud cor sage. His grandmother. For travel, the new Mrs. Rock changed to a beige dressmaker suit with matching hat and acces sories. Destination of their honey moon was not revealed. They will be at home. 2424 Vine Avenue. Both attended schools In Billings; and Rock served six years In the U.S. Navy, four ot them at Ouam. Present at the wedding were close friends and relatives. The group enjoyed boating on the lake and visits to spots ot inter est. CASCADE CREST NO. 159 OES . . . celebrated its silver anniversary, June 19, in the Chiloquin High School Gymna sium. It was a high point in the history of the erganiiation; and brought dignitaries from all over Oregon and adjoining states for the occasion. Cascade Crest OES Chapter 159 CHILOQUIN The twenty-fifth anniversary of Cascade Crest chapter 159 OES in Chiloquin Sat urday, June 19, was a formal eve ning program held at the high school gymnasium. Banks of sliver snd pink tinted manzanlu edged the floor and the stage. Roses on a white trellis were accent touches. The pink hues of rhododendron were reflected in the large "Mem ories" backdrop and completed the decorations. . , Worthy matron, Rosalie Hoback. and Worthy Palron. Dwlght Kirch- er. were escorted to the East by the marshal, Sadye Page, following an organ prelude. Grand officers introduced from the East by worthy matron during her welcome speech were H. The worthy matron conducted the closing of the program which fea tured eight local girls, members of Job s Daughters, Bethel No. 6 of Klamath Falls, in a beautiful dance, "Anniversary Waltz."
