For the latter part of yesterday's session holding a quorum in the hall 100 Indian adults was diffi cult because of a forest fire which was burning northeast of Beatty. The tribe okayed enrollment ot 17 youngsters born of Indian par entage and turned down the petit lions for enrollment of three others of one-eighth blood who are living in Germany. A referendum vote In July oi dered the tribal rolls closed as of July 30, 1959, and the tribe yester day voted to instruct its enrollment committee to screen birth certifi cates very closely from now until mat time.
