The agreement also provides for procedure in handling the cases of the eight remaining defendants. The court then will withhold any Judgments until the two cases on appeal are decided. Seven lucky girls were Introduced at today's pep assembly as the new rally squad team. Duster Pilot Dies In Crash ONTARIO, Ore., May 12 m A pilot who went out in an attempt to dust a farm field crashed to his death near Adrian, Ore. Tuesday. Wendell Dullea, flying for the On tario Aviation company, was making a sharp turn over the Ekagner farm east of Adrian when the engine stalled. The plane burst Into flames when It struck. Ralph Crane, aviation company manager, who was flagging for Dul lea, rushed Into the fire in a futile attempt to pull Dullea clear. Crane suffered severe bums on his face and hands. Crane said he had Just signaled Dullea to head back for the Ontario airport as It was too windy to dust the fields with insecticide. He said the plane started for Ontario, made a sharp turn back over the field and stalled. Coroner R. A. Tacke said the pilot, the only man aboard the light plane, was killed Instantly.
