Attend Meet Several officers and members of the Naomi Shrine of the Or der of the White Shrine of Jeru salem attended the Initiation ceremonial at the Masonic tem ple in Eugene lost Thursday eve ning. The ceremonial was- the first to be put on by the Beth lehem Shrine No. 4 and the work wus very beautiful and impressive. Three charter mem bers of the local shrine, Mrs. Vera Clemens, Mrs. Lulu Hut chens and Mr. Oliver Spiker were Included in the class of seven candidates for the eve ning. Whitaker Jr., of Moberly, Missouri. Ceremony Read Sunday At Merrill In a 3 o'clock double ring cere mony, Sunday, January 20, Wilma Louise Graham, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. W. B. Gralvam of Merrill became the bride of Forrest Nelson Rockwell of Mer rill. Tho ceremony took place at the home of the bride's par ents with the Rev. David Barnett of tho First Presbyterian church of Klamath Fulls officiating. The bride and groom stood before a fireplace banked with white car nations and palms. The bride g"ivcn In marriage by her father wore a dressmaker suit of delphinium blue with a corsage of pink roses. Matron of honor wa Mrs. George Chamberlain, (Catherine McCullcy) cousin of the bride, who wore a gray dressmaker suit with a corsage of carnations." Best man was James Graham, brother of the bride. For her daughter's wedding Mrs. Graham chose a green wool crepo suit with a carnation cor sage. Mm. Rockwell wore a navy blue dress with pink car nation corsage. The reception was held immediately following the ceremony where the new Mr and Mrs. Rockwell cut the first slice of the three tiered wedding cake which was mount ed with a miniature bride ana groom of old-fashioned design which had adorned the bride's grandparents cake on their gold' en wedding anniversary. Presiding at the bride's table were Mrs. John semorile, sister of the groom, who served the wedding cake to the guests and Mrs. L. S. Tyrrell who served from the coffee urn. The guest book was passed around by Mrs. John McCullcy. The bride who is the sister of Mrs. Alex Gooding and Mr. James Graham, attended Henley and Merrill schools and was em ployed in Klamath Falls prior to her marriage. The groom who is a graduate of Yreka high school is the son of Mr. and jig Vi 7 WILMA LOUISE, daughter of Mr. ond Mrs. W. B. Graham, became the bride of Forrest Nelson Rockwell on Sunday afternoon ot 3 o'clock at the Graham home. Kennell-Ellis. Mrs. Forrest Rockwell of San Rafael, Calif., who came north for the wedding. Following a brief honeymoon the newlyweds will reside in Redding, Calif., where the groom is employed by the call con struction company. The social club of Prosperity Rebekah lodge met for dessert in the IOOF Wednesday. Jan uary 22. at 1 p. m. with Eva Richardson and Mrs. Mast pre siding as hostesses. Each one at tending brought a tea towel for the use of trie club. After des sert whist was played, and Ada Wllllta received the award for high score, Eva Myers low, and Nettie Good was given the spe cial award. Mid-Week SOCIETY Wed In Nevada Coming as a surprise to their many friends was the recent marriage in Reno of Patsy Ruth Dickinson and Eugene N. Gandv. The wedding took place In the Nevada capital with the Rev. Rice of the First Presbyterian church officiating. The bride is the daughter of Mrs. Randolph Hamm and Murray Dickinson, and the groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. A. W. Gandy, all of this city. Mm. Gandy Is a student at Henley high school and will be a member of the 1947 graduat ing class. Mr. Gandy served for three years in the armed forces and now is a student at the University of Washington where he is a member of Theta Chi fraternity.
