State Rests Case Against Soldier PORTLAND, Ore, Jan. 17 (IP) The state was expected today to rest its case against Armando Joseph Grleco, 22, Fort Lewis, 1 Wash., soldier charged with first-degree murder. The prosecution introduced witnesses yesterday who were In a beer tavern last October when Grleco is accused of stabbing his wife fatally. They testified they saw him stab her several times. Defense Attorney Wight L. Schwab Indicated Grleco's plea would, be temporary insanity.
