State Rests Case
Against Soldier
PORTLAND, Ore, Jan. 17 (IP)
The state was expected today to
rest its case against Armando
Joseph Grleco, 22, Fort Lewis, 1
Wash., soldier charged with
first-degree murder.
The prosecution introduced
witnesses yesterday who were In
a beer tavern last October when
Grleco is accused of stabbing his
wife fatally. They testified they
saw him stab her several times.

Schwab Indicated Grleco's plea
would, be temporary insanity.
