'i' 10 Transports Scheduled To Arrive On West Coast; 6 Due On East Seaboard By The Aiioclated Preu Ten transports, carrying 11, 163 service personnel, are sched uled to arrive today at three west coast ports while S676 more men are due to debark from six vessels at two east :oast ports. Pacific coast arrivals include: Seattle, Wash., one ship, 12; San Diego, Calif., one vessel, 1354; Ban Francisco, eight transports, 11997. Arriving at New York are five ships with 5675. One ves sel with a lone soldier is due at Norfolk, Va. Ships and units arriving: At Ntw York Wheaton Victory from Ant werp, 1501 troops, including 559th anti-aircraft artillery auto matic weapons battalion; 825th medical detachment. New Bern Victory from Le ' Havre, 1414 troops, including 371st medical battalion; 251st quartermaster company of 71st division; 54th field artillery bat talion less battery D; 29th quar termaster salvage collecting com pany. March 8 W France has proposed a four power conference to discuss the questions of central administra- uve agencies in vjeriuany ana permanent separation of the Ruhr and Rhineland areas from the reich. The state department disclosed this today, making public letters exchanged between Secretary of State Byrnes and French For eign Minister Georges Bidault. The letters were released simul taneously in Paris. Bidault said the proposal had also been made to Russia and Britain. Sunday School Elects Officers The monthly potluck dinner of Yomarko Sunday school class of the First Methodist church was held Thursday night with elec tion of new officers. Cowbrough now living in Lakeview, was a guest. Sow Of Wrecked Tanker Found KODIAK, Alaska. March 8 (P) The, commander of the Alaskan sea frontier reported yesterday the bow section of the U. S. tanker Sacketts Har bor was located by the navy patrol frigate Orlando during a storm and sunk by gunfire. The ship broke in two dur ing a violent storm a week ago. All members of the vessel's crew were saved. The stern sec tion is being towed to Adak by the fleet tag Sarsi. .
