Bailey have announced sale of tholr 00-ucro ranch five miles east and one-half mile south ot Merrill to Jumes Bunnell of the Henley district. Possession will bo given early next year, Bun nell, a farmer, has sold his ranch and will move to the new loca tion. Mr. and Mrs. Bailey came to their present home 21 years ago and for many years have been engaged In potato growing. They plan to travel for a year before looking for a new location, Re cently they returned from Nam pa, Idaho, where they visited a son-in-law and daughter, Mr, and Mrs. Louis Svehlak. Weems, five other army officers and an enlisted man parachuted to safe ty when an army transport plane crashed In rainy weather near here lust night. Weems and three others, Capt. Charles B. Taylor, Capt. Arthur T. Cortlcr and Lt. Julian Hayes, were located shortly after their C-45 transport had crashed In a wooded, mountainous area. A few hours later the pilot, 1st. Lt. R. A. Phillips, was located high in a tree. A fire was built to help keep him awake until he could descend after daylight. The remaining men, Capt.
