E. Young ot the Llnnton Transit company. Parallel parking was opposed -by tho councllinen, but thoy wont on record ns favoring a modification ot tho present system. The modification tentatively ap proved would consist lit having nil cars park at a more, acute angle, thus leaving moio room in the cen ter of the st root for traffic.
