T h e men of the forests, th eir a ssista n ts and the patient boys at the look-out to w ers are deserving fellows, an d most of all they deserve the full cooperation of those w ho travel thro u g h the tim bered regions. If th e public will abide by posted notices, if sm okers will desist from their p u ffings w hile traveling, an d if cam pers will use caution w hen th ey build fires, th e R an g ers will take care of the forests.
