The Ellis Manor expects to be an in-between-type apart ment, Ellis said. The proposed prices, Ellis said, will be SA7.50 for single units, and $127.50 to $140.00 per month for couples. El more residence on Thompson Creek Road, believed to have been more than fiO years old, burned to the ground last week. Fire of undetermined cause broke out in an upstairs room of the two-story house. It was first noticed about 10:30 a.m. Thursday. A Forest Service pumper truck went to the scene, but firemen and neighbors were only able to save some furniture, household items and two deep freezes, according to reports. The house, the old Vinetrout home, was believed to have been built in 1302. The Elmore family is staying with Mrs. Bessie Elmore, El more's mother.
