6 B Boating Expected To Set New Record In Popularity Tliis year, boating is ex pected to set new popularity records. More than 37,000,000 Americans took to the nations' waterways last year, and Irom all indications, 1063 will see even more families jnin the ranks of the boating fratern ity. There is no greater thrill than getting that first new boat. It sparkles and gleams and the urge to gel to the water is strong. However, op erating a boat for the first time and thereafter, is much like going on the highway in a car for the first time-it takes knowledge of the regulations.
