Two tablespoons of meth oxychlor should be added to three gallons of water for the spray, he said. Another two tablespoons of Malathlon should be added to three gal lons of water to control aphids at the same time, Berry said. The fruit flv lays eggs in side the cherries. The adults have to be killed since the worms Inside the cherries cannot be killed, the county agent said.
