"-L.'."J Obituaries JACK CHISHOLM EARLL A former pilot for Mercy Flights, Inc., Jack Chisholm Earll, 45, of SIS Boardman St., Mcdford, died at a local hos pital Tuesday niKht. Mr. Earll moved to the Med ford area from Seattle in 1958 and had been with Mercy Flights up to the time of his death. Until recently he also had flown borate planes for local aviation agencies. He had been intermittently ill for some time, according to as sociates. He served in the U.S. Navy and Coast Guard as a pilot in both the Korean Conflict and World War II. He is survived by his wife. Funeral arrangements will be announced by Conger Mor ris Funeral directors of Med-ford. GASOLINE FIRE A molonsl drove away from a gasoline pump at Tidewater Oil com pany, Oak Grove rd. and Jacksonville high way, Tuesday before the filler hose was re moved from the gas tank. The resulting jolt, which pulled the pumping unit from its stand, caused a wire shortage, and the gaso line in the hose caught fire. Registration Set In School in GH Gold Hill - Registration for first graders will be held at Patrick school Friday, Aug. 31, from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m., according to Gilbert Mack, principal of Gold Hill schools.
