Students Urged To Remain in School ' High school -students, es pecially those anticipating military enlistment, have been urged by local Naval recruiting personnel to "stay in school" and graduate prior to enlistment. : i i ; The number of recruits qualifying for high school graduate programs for enlist ment has steadily increased since the "stay In school" policy was started, according to the Navy. In fiscal year 1056, 43.4 per cent of the enlistees qualified. In 1957, the figure increased to 52.8 per cent; 1958, 58 per cent; and in 1959, a high of 88.9 per cent.
