New Name Suggested For South Pacific Highway The present South Pacific highway from Willow Springs to Ashland will be called Rogue Valley blvd., once the new Pacific freeway is con structed. By calling the old highway Rogue Valley blvd., it will get away from the highway idea, it was explained. This will be an arterial route serv ing the valley and with the predicted population growth probably will be a boulevard.
