For the first time, the AEC took the wraps off "KIWI-A Prime," the second prototype engine, shown here being loaded with the nuclear power plant from below. This engine is expected to be ready for power test runs in mid-July. At the same time, you're not at all sure the bull market is over for good. Prentice-Hall says that one way out of the dilemma is to shift 70-80 pel" cent of your investment into bonds and the remainder in fast-moving warrants. If, contrary to your expec tations, the market rises, the 20 per cent or more invested in warrants could show l most as much capital gain as it you had kept all your funds in common stocks. On the other hand, P-H points out, if the market drops, the loss on your war rants can be limited, and will b offset by some gains in your bonds. McKinney, Southern Oregon college social sciences divi sion, has been Invited to read a paper at the meeting of the Association of Pacific Coast Geographers June 14 to 16 in Eugene. The topic ot his paper will be "Geography and the Social Sciences. Formerly on the staff of the Georgia State college In Atlanta, Dr. McKinney, who came to Southern Oregon col lege In 1058, also served as community survey consultant for the Georgia Department of Public Health. He Is active In professional and civic organizations and i has contributed a number of articles to publications in, his field.
