i L MAIL TRIBUNE, Medfortf, Or. : A Sunday, Dec 13, 1959 Ceremony -At Chapel Weds Couple Shady Cove-Miss Sue Ann Harmon, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. D. L. Harmon, Shady Cove, became the bride of Charles Jenks, son of Mr. and Mrs. Holland Jenks, Eagle Foint, in a ceremony held November 25 in Meeker Mem orial chapel of First Metho ;dist church, Medford. Dr. George G. Roseberry officiated at the single ring rites held at 7 o'clock in the evening. White and lavender - chrysanthemums d e c o rated 'the chapel for . the event at tended . by 40 relatives and .friends. . . Given in marriage by her father, the bride wore a white satin frock and her short veil was pale orchid. She carried a bouquet of white and orchid chrysanthemums. Miss Linda Eccelston- at tended the bride. She wore a pale blue -dress with match ing headdress and carried a bouquet of pale blue flowers Douglas Chamberlain served as best man. Following the ceremony a reception was held at the Harmon home in Eagle Foint. Assisting with the serving were Mrs. Karl Proctor, sis ter of the bride; Mrs. Robert Rae, Medford, cousin of the bride, and Mrs. Don .Emeryi Medford. The bride attended Eagle Point High school. Mr. Jenks is a graduate of Eagle Point High school and is employed by B. F. Nork Logging com pany, Shady Cove. Mrs. Loree Phillips is the new first vice president; Mrs. Margaret Nelson, second vice president; Mrs. Margaret Ja cobs, secretary; Mrs. Elsie Dunlap, treasurer; and Mrs. Jean Elder, Miss Eleanor' Ozasek and Mrs. Phyllis Schroeder, directors. Mrs. Jacobs will complete the unexpired term of Mrs. Elizabeth Swink. Following the dinner buf fet, the association president, Mrs. Stella Demo, gave the annual report of the president as printed in the Oregon Nurse.
