Winds Half Search For Martin Auto Hood River -CPB- Diving operations in the Cascade Locks old lock canal were to be resumed today for the sta tion wagon of the Kenneth R. Martin family of Portland, if strong winds in the Columbia Gorge slacked off. Sheriff R. L. Gillmouthe aid the winds Tuesday pre vented continuance of the search, which started Monday by the Fred Devine Diving company of Portland.
