t 1 1 if 2 JITURNS TO MEDFORD Ray Efcer, former manager of the i. C. Penney company store in Medford, will return here Jan. 1, to assume duties again as manage?, it was announced to day. He replaces J. B. Page, who Is retiring. Baker left Med ford in 1953 to manage the Bremerton, Wash., store after 17 years in Medford. He has a son and daughter who are married and live in California. Mr. and Mrs. Baker are owners of a ranch near Medford. The post of fice returned it to the sender stamped: "Moved. Left no for warding address." Domesticity In May, in Los Angeles, Mrs. Robert Biggs got a divorce on the ground that she was lonely. Her husband owned a burlesque theater. Invention In June, in Brawley, Calif., farmer W. I. Medicine In July, in Tokyo, doctors pon dered the case of the woman who was allergic to her husband. A top dermatologist flown from the U.S. to investigate the case reported only: "Whenever her husband would come near her she would break out in a rash similar to poison ivy."
