K KLLY Los Angeles OP Four men have been indicted by the Los Angeies County Grand Jury on charges of robbery and kid naping in the daring holdup of $139,000 in jewels and furs from former opera star Lauritz Mcl chior. The jurors Tuesday returned an indictment against Richard McFall, 38; Robert Morgan. 39; Louis K. Spivak, 44; and Alfred J. Pope. Morgan and Pope were captured within 48 hours after the robbery last Tuesday while McFall and Spivak are being sought. Morgan was the final wit ness before the Grand Jury and it was indicated he will be a wit ness for the state when the men go on trial. The kidnaping charge resulted from allegations that Mrs. Willa Huber, a house keeper, was forced by the ban dits at gunpoint from a guest house into the Melchoir home. Bloomgarden Increases Television Earnings New York w Hank Bloom garden upped his winnings to SI 16,000 Monday night on the television quiz show "Twenty one" by defeating jeweler Mat thew Kane. Bloomgarden, 28, a medical research consultant, then wound up in a deadlock with Harold Craig, 26, a dairy farmer from Granville, N.Y. Kane, an Indianapolis, Ind., jeweler missed his first ques tion on major league batting leaders. Portland Refugee's Vife May-Join Him (vashington W U. S. Immigration service officials told Sen. Richard L. Neuberger (D-Ore.), that the wife of Mike Feodorov, Portland, may be on the way to join her husband from France by the end of the week. The couple fled Hungary dur ing last fall's revolt, and were separated. Mike got to Portland, but Mrs. Feodorov wound up in a refugee camp in France. Immigration officials told Neuberger their agents hope to interview the woman, and com plete arrangements for admit ting her to the U. S. under im migration act parole provisions.
