Presiding Cir cuit Judge James R. Bain con tinued the hearing indefinitely yesterday. The judge said the hearing seemed unnecessary in view of reports that picketing by strik ing flight engineers was peace ful at present. But he added that the hearing would be renewed if law and order was not main tained on the picket line.
