Trujillo of Dominican Republic received highest honor ever accorded a Do minican a neck-chain of Dominican-mined gold and gems commemorating 25 years of public Mrvie. Trujillo later took off decoration placing it at shrine of Founding Fathers of the republic, saying it belonged more to them' rather than to himself.
