William W. Gardner and Jes sie Gardner brought suit in Grant county Circuit Court for an injunction to prevent G. W Dollina, W. C. Elliott and Ches ter I. Elliott from using certain waters. The question involved was whether the springs were sources of certain creeks from which the defendants were en titled to draw water. The Circuit Court ruled for the defendants, but that decision NOISE VS. NOISE Wishek, N.D.
