Supreme Court Decides on Water Rights

ruled.

an injunction to prevent G. W

ter I. Elliott from using certain
waters. The question involved
was whether the springs were
sources of certain creeks from
which the defendants were en
titled to draw water.
The Circuit Court ruled for
the defendants, but that decision
