New Chemical Said Rough on Mice Inn Built 'Upside Down Rangeley, Me. (U.R) An "upside-down" inn built at Rangeley Village has all its bed rooms on the ground floor while all public rooms are on the up per levels, providing a panoram ic view of Rangeley lake. De Vere Taylor, of Med ford senior high school, will de liver the address, and Manager Paul A. Hatton will respond in the official dedication. He will lay the first memorial wreath at the base of the flag pole. The Eagle Point high school band has been selected to pro vide appropiate music. Father John Cummisky will deliver the invocation and Chaplain An derson will pronounce the bene diction. Representatives of the VAVS organizations will march in the exercises, which are being arranged by Franklin Girard, as master of ceremonies. . In addition to' the Memorial day exercise at the cemetery at t p. m. (standard time) there wiU be a "roll call of the dead" ceremony in the theater at 8:30 a. m. for the purpose of honor ing departed comrades.
