He spoke here Tuesday before the Med ford Rotary club. . In a luncheon address at the Jackson hotel,. Bell said that an nual returns from O and C lands can reach the $7,000,000 mark if the formula for distribution of income and costs' can be realized. Foley, a Huntiniton attorney and veteran of World War L said he organized the society to fight back at "Communist traitors' be cause he has been fed up with and frightened by prospects of Communism In this country for 30 years. The society is designed to be on the same pattern as the Com munist party In this country. In small, closely knit groups co ordinated by a centralised body. The idea of SRH has long been a dream of Foley but the attor ney said it was only In the last few years that he has been able to get others interested in the possibilities of such an organisa tion.
