Bible Students Plan Program At Christian Church A demonstration program by students of the Daily Vacation Bible school of the First Chris tian Church, will be presented Sunday. The informal program will begin at 8 p. m. in the sanc tuary but the church will be open at 7:30 so that parents and friends may view exhibits of handicraft and various projects. General superintendent of the school is Mrs. Claude V. Cooper, who has been assisted by Mrs. Delbert W. Daniels, and the fol lowing departmental superin tendents: Beginner, Mrs. Herbert Burnham; primary, Mrs. Charles Smith; junior, Mrs. Claude Hag gard and Intermediate, Mrs. Riley Thomson. Mrs. Robert Church acted as recreation su perintendent and Mrs. Daniels, music instructor with Vera Smith as pianist. Fellowship Group To Start Outdoor Meetings Tuesday Summer outdoor meetings of the Christian Fellowship and Hi- Triangle members are scheduled to start Tuesday at 6:30 p. m. and will continue each Tuesday night throughout the summer. Feature of the first outing is a hayride at the home of Dr. Bert Elliott on route 2. Young people are to wear outdoo cloth ing and bring a sack lunch. Those planning to make the trip are asked to meet at First Chris tian Church at 6 p. m. There will be a period of wor ship and study at each of the meetings. All young people of the church are invited. Assembly Of God Graduates Class Commencement exercises for the Daily Vacation Bible school at the Assembly of God church will be held tonight at 7:45 p. m., the Rev. G. O. Baker an nounces. The public is Invited to attend. For the past two weeks the Assembly of God church has par ticipated with other churches, in conducting a vacation school, Rev. Baker said. Seven soldiers were at work on the yacht today, repairing two shell holes which damaged the $400,000 vessel during the battle of the Rhine. Article XI. State Constitution. Notice is hereby given that an election will be held in School District No 59 of Jackson County.
