Sutton today sentenced Monty Illingworth, former Long Beach, Calif., truck driver, to "not more than your natural life" for the second degree murder of his wife, Hallie, a Port Angeles waitress. He rejected Illing worth'i motion for a new trial. The state parole board will fix the minimum sentence. Illingworth was returned here last fall after the body of a woman recovered from Lake Crescent had been identified, by a dental plate, as that of his wife, missing since 1937. (P United States citizens serving with Canadian forces may apply for transfer to the armed forces of their own country under an agreement announced today by Prime Minister W. L. MacKen zie King.
