A number of crim inal matters will be presented. As it is the opening day of a new term the court will not open until 10 a. m. The grand Jury will be drawn from the panel of 31 jurors re cently drawn. The first seven names from the Jury box will comprise the grand Jury. THE GRANGE Central Point Grange. . H. E. May 24. ii Emanuel Hertz, 70, lawyer and authority on the life of Abra ham Lincoln, died yesterday of a cerebral hemorrhage. He had been ill a week. Long a student and collector of Lincolniana, Hertr was known best for his "Hidden Lincoln," published in 1938.
