Mc Veigh, 21.' who died of Injuries received when his car crashed into a Greyhound bus on the Greensprings highway west of Keno late Wednesday, will be held in Klamath Falls Monday. The deceased was a brother of Arthur S. McVeigh of 526 South Ivy street, who is in Klamath Falls making arrange ments for the funeral. Other relatives coming for the service include the youth's brothtrs Donald and Ramond, of Nebraska: his father, Arthur Sr.: his aunt, Miss Ealla Timon of Mt. (Al Fed eral Judge Claude McColloch sentenced Syd D. Pierce, editor of the Bend Free Press, to three years in prison today and then placed him on probation. Pierce pleaded guilty last February to sending obscene matter through the mail in connection with an editorial attack upon Robert W. Sawyer, editor and publisher of the Bend Daily Bulletin.
