PLACE NEW LOCKS T Changing of lock on tht doors of all offices of the county court bouse has tt&rted and when completed there will be a complete new key set up throughout and new master keys to entrance doors. The move has been contemplated for some time by the county court and was taken as a precautionary measure. The Lord only knows how many keys to the courthouse are out." County Clerk George R. Carter said today "Tfce county court has been figuring on doing this for some time ss a good business proposition."
