(AP) The body of a man found yesterday on th railroad right-of-way four mile north of Oardlner was Identi fied last night as that of Earl Sellers, ,18,' of Marshfleld. Coroner K. C. Stearns reported that Sellers appar ently waa on his way to visit his mother, Mrs. Florence Sellers, at Springfield. The freight train on which he was riding stopped to set out some cars at Braehnan siding and he apparently fell under the wheels aa he attempted to board the moving train as It was pulling out on the main line, the coroner said. Klmmel &re the proud parents of a daughter born Monday morning, April 30. The young lady la something of a novelty In the Klmmel household as the other six children are all boys. Mother and babe are doing splendidly. - Miss Amy Lynch of Medford and Miss Isabell Black of phoenix were week-end guests at the home of Mr. and Mrs. John Black April 24. They were members of a party which In cluded Mr. and Mrs. John Black and Mr. and Mrs. Ivan Davies, who at tended the dance at Applegate spon sored by the Applegste home exten sion unit April 24. Isabell Black was honor guest at a dinner celebrating her birthday April 35 at the home of Mr. and Mrs. John Black. About 25 relatives and friends enjoyed dinner and an afternoon of visiting. Ruch school pupils, accompanied by their teacher Opal Mooten. and a number of parents and friends, In vaded the Forest Creek school ball grounds April 23 and played a very exciting ball game. Fuss, driver of the Wlmer Evaru Creek school district bus, charg ed with driving a vehicle with im proper brakes, entered a plea of guilty In Justice court yesterday afternoon and was fined $5 and costs, amount ing to C9.50. The school bus had been ordered off the road by the state police, be cause of defective brakes. Fuss and members of the school board claimed the brake defects were due to be coming wet after driving through a creek. The school board plans to buy a new bus for .the opening of the fall term of school, but delivery cannot be made until then. Three weeks of school remain of the pres ent term. John M.
