Lamb Meat Cakea Tomatoes Savory Buttered Spinach Bread Peace Conserve Celery and Apple Salad Steamed Pig Pudding Hard Sauce Coffee Lamb Meat Cakes (Using Cooked Meat) 154 etipa cooked lamb S-S cup cooked potatoes 1 teaspoon chopped celery I teaspoon chopped parsley !4 teapsoon minced onion 8 tablespoons gravy or milk M cup flour 3 ta.blespoon fat or gravy Mix lamb with potatoes, seasonings and gravy, shape Irlto cakes and roll In flour. Place In frying pan (small slied) and cover with fat. Bake or broil 10 minutes. Tomatoes Savory S tablespoons butter ' 3 tablespoons flour Ii4 cup tomatoes ' !4 teaspoon salt , 14 teaspoon paprika !4 teaspoon poultry seasoning Melt butter and add flour.
