Mr, leveret te bought the property Just before leaving for the east and did not state what hit Intentions were regarding possible development of the land or the erection of a building thereon. Those taking part In the Antelope Dude Ranch act: Outtara were played by Dick Bain, nuby Rlggs and Bill Walsh; harmonicas, Mrs. 8. w. Bam and Annabelle Rlggs; ac- oordlan, Oeorge McLaln. James Bslre and Dick Baize sang several numbers which were enjoyed by all. BUI Gates gave a talk on Thanksgiving. This was certainly enjoyed by all, and everyone looks forward to Mr, Gates returning again soon. The literary committee wishes to thank those who helped on the program. James and Dick Balsa sang at Valentine's cafe Armlatlce Day. Mrs. Mary McDowell and daughter are apendlng a few daya with Mr. and Mrs. Wilfred Jacks of Reese Creek. (Spl) The long unbroken wave of dry weather Is seriously retarding farm operations here and unless rains are coming very soon there will be a small acreage of fall sown raln. The usual fall pasture also failed to materialize on account of no early rains and some stockmen have alre&dy commenced feeding their winter's supply of hay, Several cars of fat lambs were shipped recently to the San Fran elsco markets by sheep men In this district. Mra. A. h. Seabrooke Is making an extended visit with relatives ,ln California. Mi-, and Mrs, M. B, Chase return ed recently from a several months' visit with relatives and friends In the New England state. J. U Nealon has begun the annual winter feeding of beef cattle. ' The regular monthly meeting of the Table Rook Community club will be held at the school house Friday night, November 20. Ing the last month were those of Howard Oault and Edith Sage. Olen Wilson and Jessie Seabrooke and Claude Wilson and Remo Klmes. Mr and Mrs. Oault are making their home In Medford, Mr, and Mrs. Olen Wilson are living In Seattle, Wash., and Mr. and Mrs, Claude Wilson will reside In Medford. C. W. Be has been working In Medford. helping remodel the home of Mr. and Mrs. Howard Oault. At the laat regular Community club meeting the following officers were elected : president, Mrs. Mar garet Russell; vice -president, Mrs. Lata Kyle, and secretary -treasurer, Miss Avis Ayers. Several from this community are busily engaged In picking turkeys. Building activities have taken quite a spurt here. E. C. Hamilton !s-excavating for a new dwelling nouse. Lloyd Hamlin Is hauling lumber for some' now buildings on hla ranch, while re-roofing and construction of a garage la going ahead at the Nealon ranch. Thorson Brothers of Beall Lane have flnlahed pulling 17 acres of ap ple trees for C. W. Carlton. Mrs. Schaffer has had five or six acres of .young pear tree tcken out at her orchard. -Mrs. Una Inch visited the school Monday. Walter W.
