Steel Declares $3.75 Share Payment Sears Roebuck Announces Two Extra Dividends Coming NEW YORK, Oct. 37. (AP) Dl rectors of United States Steel corpo rstlon declared today a dividend of a3.73 a shar on the preferred stock. There was an accumulation of S18.25 in unpaid dividends on the stock. In July a dividend of tl was ordered. Net Income available for dividends for the three months ended Septem ber totaled $13,636,177. equal to H cents a share on common stock, the best for the comparable period since 1P30. California authorities knew noth ing of th warrant her but stated In their wire that Porter had admit ted the theft of $7S from the service station.
