(From Sunday Dinner Leftovers) 1 cup diced cooked meat cup cooked peas . cup diced celery 1 tablespoon chopped onion i tablespoon pepper . 14 teaspoon salt 1 cup gravy or milk l',2 cups mashed potatoes 2 tablespoons cream . 1 teaspoon chopped parsley. , Mix cream, potatoes and parsley. Spread over rest of ingredients placed in buttered, shallow baking dish. Bake 20 mlnutea in moderate oven. Caramel Rolls. 3 cups flour 4 teaspoons bakmg powder ' 1 4 tablespoons lard teaspoon salt v 1 ' 2-3 cup milk ' cup b,rown sugar 3 tablespoons butter Mix flour, baking powder end salt. Jut In lard and slowly add milk. When soft dough forms, pat It out until i Inch thick. Spread with rest of ingredients, roll up and cut off H-inch slices. Bake 10 minute on greased pan in moderate oven. Serve warm. Sugar Drops. (Using 3 Egg Yolks) V4 cup fat - 1 cup sugar 2 egg yolks V4 cup milk 1 teaspoon vanilla ' .;. VI teaspoon almond extract " s -fc teaspoon salt 1 2-3 cups flour . 3 teaspoons baking powder. -V Cream fst and sugar. Add yolks and milk. Beat 1 minute. Add 'rest of ingredients snd drop portions of dough from tip of spoon ontogrensed baking sheet! Bake 12 minutes in moderate oven.
