(Bpl) At the meeting of the city council last Fri day night, there were about thirty five citizens who listened to Attorney Neff of Medford explain Just what the city would have to do to obtain a fund grant from the PWA to build s sewer system, the grant to be 46 per cent of the proposed cost of the sewer. Attorney Neff stated that the city council had full authority under the chartor to bond the town. After an open forum discussion, a motion was made urging the council to take im mediate action to secure the federal aid. If feasible. 4 Oak Grove OAK GROVE, Aug. 33. (Spl.)
