Ttieee meetings are being held, Mra. Mack stated, with the assistance of Mrs. tmene Smith and Mrs. Rita Myers- It la very Important that all membera of tha home extension unite who made guide patterns last fall attend as scheduled and others who deelre to make a pattern are also ured to attend, since the work will not he repeated next fall. It develops 105 horse power which is 10 more than last year's engine. Thia motor surely has all of the power and "pep" any one wotild ordinarily have any use for. There la no excessive noise or vibration which same cars have when they are accelerating from a low speed. The ease of handling Is also ex ceptional for as large a car a thla LaSalle. The steering wheel la very different too. It has spring pllons instead of the usual solid steel ones found on most cars. This spring mounting of the wheel gives it more resiliency and makea the steering seem more free and easy. The brakes also, are exceptionally easy to use.
